Theory, Experience, and Intervention is the product of an effort by the educational components that met at the 1st Critical Pedagogy Congress to rethink education not merely as a field of transmission, but as a political and transformative practice interwoven with power relations. This compilation makes visible a critical collective intelligence that questions the university and learning processes within a historical context marked by intensified neoliberal-authoritarian pressures.
The texts in this book cover a wide range of topics, from critical and feminist pedagogies to architectural education, creative drama and performative learning, and discussions on care ethics and situated knowledge, all focusing on the bodily, emotional, and relational dimensions of education. They remind us that learning is not solely cognitive but a process built through experience, emotion, and collective encounters. In the face of silencing, insecurity, and performance pressure in academia, they explore the possibilities of solidarity and collaborative thinking. *Theory, Experience, and Intervention* treats critical pedagogy not as a closed theory, but as a transformative field of intervention tested and expanded across different disciplines. It invites the reader to reconsider their own pedagogical position, habits, and possibilities for resistance. It calls for rebuilding hope through education and reclaiming knowledge as a public and liberating force.
